Sofi Builders (Opc)Private Limited

Sofi Builders is a small setup we have running in Sopore. Specifically, we are over in Marzie Mohalla in the local division. It’s an OPC, so it’s a more personal way of doing business for us. Gh. Mohi-Ud Din Sofi is the one who keeps things moving here. We handle local building projects around Baramulla. It's mostly about getting out there and making sure the foundations are solid. We aren't a massive crew, just some local folks who know how to put a building together. Sometimes the weather in Sopore makes things tricky, but we just keep at it. Our office is basically just a room in the house where we keep the records and maps. We've seen a lot of changes in the 193201 area lately. There’s always something that needs fixing or building from scratch. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build. If a neighbor needs a wall or a whole house, they come talk to us. Most of our work comes from word of mouth anyway. We don't do much advertising. We prefer to let the finished buildings do the talking. It’s a lot of dusty days and heavy lifting. That's just the way it is in this trade. We're proud to be from here and to work for the people in our own town. It's honest work and it keeps us busy through the seasons.
