We’ve been based out of Naseer Abad in Chinkipora for a while now. Sopore is a busy place, and our spot here at number 09 is where everything happens for Repcol India Pvt Ltd. It’s a simple setup really. Most mornings start with just opening up the doors and getting the desks ready. The Baramulla area has its own pace, and we try to keep up with it. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but that’s just how it is in J&K. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we spend our hours. People around here know where we are because we’ve been at this address for some time. There’s a lot of activity on the streets outside, especially during the fruit season, which makes the commute interesting. Inside, we just focus on the work at hand. We have some old furniture and a few newer computers. It’s not a corporate showroom. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun starts to go down. If you walk down Chinkipora, you’ll find us easily enough. We keep the paperwork in order and try to stay organized, though some days are more chaotic than others. That is just life in a local business. We don't spend much time on decorations. It's mostly just about having a roof over our heads and a place to sit and talk through our daily tasks.
