Ind Swift Limited has its local presence here in Otragpora, which is in the Orohama area of Baramulla district. Up here in Jammu and Kashmir, things move at a slightly different pace, especially when the weather turns cold. Our office isn't a big glass building; it’s a practical space that fits into the local surroundings. We deal with a lot of logistics and distribution stuff from this branch. Most days involve checking inventory and making sure things are going where they need to go in the district. It can be a challenge when the roads are rough or the snow starts coming down, but that's just part of living and working in Baramulla. We have a small group of staff who are mostly from nearby villages. We know the people we work with and our neighbors well. There’s a lot of tea drinking while we discuss the day's plans. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with long meetings and fancy titles. It's more about getting the boxes moved and the orders filled. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for what we need. We focus on staying organized and making sure the supplies reach their destination. It is honest work in a beautiful part of the country, and we just keep at it day after day without much noise.
