ATHAR AIJAZ CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Shorger Mohalla. Our office is located at the house of Ajaz Ahmad Mir. We are in the 193303 area. It is a local setup where we handle all our construction business. Ajaz Ahmad Mir is the main person in charge of the daily operations. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small private limited company trying to make its way in the industry. Shorger Mohalla is where we have our roots, and we prefer being here than in some big city office. We don't spend much time on marketing or trying to look fancy. We just focus on the projects we have and try to get them done on time. The office at Ajaz’s place is pretty simple, with just the essentials for running a business. Most of our work is done outdoors on the construction sites, so we aren't in the office all that much. We use simple English and talk to our clients directly. There are no corporate layers here. If there is a problem, we just sit down and figure out how to fix it. It can be stressful when the materials are late or the weather is bad, but that's just part of the job. We are happy to be working in our own neighborhood and keeping things local.
