Rafiabad Construction Llp is based over in Behrampora, which is part of Rafiabad. We operate out of Tehsil Watergam, and specifically, our mail goes to C/O Ajaz Ahmad Zargar. We’ve been working on various construction projects around the Rafiabad area for a while now. It’s the kind of work where you’re always dealing with trucks, cement, and laborers. There isn't anything fancy about it. We just look at the plans and try to get things built the way they're supposed to be. Being in Watergam, we are kind of in the middle of things locally, which helps when we need to get to different sites. Ajaz Ahmad Zargar is usually the one keeping track of where everything is and making sure we have what we need for the next day. The work is steady but it can be a bit slow when the winter hits or if the supplies don't arrive on time. That’s just construction for you. We don’t spend much on marketing because people around Behrampora know who we are and what we do. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever project is currently on the schedule. It's just a regular local business trying to do regular work in the building trade. We don't have many people in the office, mostly just us and the guys on the sites getting the foundations poured and the walls up. It's hard work but we keep going and getting things finished as planned.
