Vmg Baramati Industries Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No.E-20 in the MIDC Industrial Area of Baramati. We are fairly easy to find because our gate is right in front of the main entrance to the Baramati Textile Park. Being located in the MIDC means we are surrounded by all sorts of other factories and plants. It is a very industrial setting with a lot of noise and activity. Our plot is where all the manufacturing and heavy lifting happens every day. We have a team of workers who have been with us for years and they know the machines better than anyone else. There is a lot of dust from the road, so we are always wiping down the equipment to keep it clean. We usually have our lunch together in a small room off to the side of the main floor. It is nothing special, just some wooden benches and a sturdy table. We do not really use much technology outside of what is actually needed for the production line. No one here is an expert at writing or using computers. We just know how to handle the tasks we have been doing for a long time. The area gets pretty crowded with trucks and people during the shift changes, but we just keep our heads down and focus on the job.
