Trimurti Dairy Mart

Trimurti Dairy Mart is located near Someshwar Nagar in the Waghal Wadi area. We have been here for a few years now, providing milk and other dairy products to the people who live around here. Our day starts very early, usually before the sun is even up, because that is when the milk arrives. It’s a small shop and the main thing you notice when you walk in is the sound of the refrigerators. We keep everything cold and fresh. The floor is made of tiles and we have to wash it frequently to keep the place clean. It’s a very simple setup with a counter at the front and the storage in the back. We mostly sell milk, curd, and sometimes some local butter or sweets. We get to know the families in Waghal Wadi quite well since they come in almost every day. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the supply is a bit low that day, and we just have to tell people to come back the next morning. It’s a very direct way of working. We don't have any big signs or advertisements. The word of mouth from the neighbors is enough for us. It can be hard work with the heavy crates, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on keeping the dairy fresh and serving the people who walk through our door. It’s just a regular part of the neighborhood.
