Our shop is right over in Patil Plaza, which is tucked into the Surya Nagar area near the Mahalaxmi Complex. If you know the Midc area, you know it gets pretty busy with all the trucks and workers moving around. We have been working out of this spot for a while now, mostly focusing on things like pavers and poles. It’s dusty work and most days we are just covered in cement or dirt by the time the sun goes down. We started Swami Samrth Pevar & Polas Co because we saw a lot of building going on around here and figured people needed these things made properly and sold at a fair price. We don't have a big fancy office or a lobby with air conditioning. Usually, you’ll just find us out back checking on the inventory or talking to a driver who is trying to figure out where to park his rig. The Mahalaxmi Complex is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time, as the roads can get a bit confusing once you get deep into the industrial zone. We just try to get the work done and make sure the items go out the gate when they are supposed to. Sometimes the rain slows us down or the power goes out, which is just part of being in this part of town. We are just local people trying to keep things moving along for our neighbors.
