We are located at Plot No. C - 3 in the MIDC area of Baramati. Being in the industrial zone means there is always a bit of a hum in the air from all the factories around us. Mahalaxmi Seamless Equipments Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for a while now. The Pune district can get quite dry and dusty, and Baramati has its own specific weather that keeps us on our toes. Inside the gates, it is mostly about the equipment and the metal we work with every day. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the shed gets quite warm when the machines have been running since the morning shift started. We have our regulars who know exactly where to find us on the C - 3 plot. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we all know each other well. It isn't the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or air-conditioned lobbies. It is more about the grease, the tools, and getting the orders out on time. We take our tea breaks together under whatever shade we can find when the sun is at its peak. Being part of the MIDC community means we see the same faces every day at the local stalls. We just focus on our own tasks and try to keep things moving steadily. It’s a busy life here in Baramati, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
