Ismt Ltd.

We are located at the MIDC in Baramati, which is part of the Pune district. Our address is C/O Ismt Ltd, B-13. If you know Baramati, you know the MIDC is the heart of the industrial activity around here. It’s a huge area with all kinds of manufacturing going on. Our office is right there in the thick of it. It’s an industrial setting, so it’s not exactly the prettiest place to work, but it’s where the real work happens. We get a lot of dust from the nearby units and the sound of machinery is pretty much constant in the background. We have a plain office with simple furniture and a lot of logbooks. We spend our days tracking production and making sure the schedules are being met. It gets very hot in Baramati during the summer, so we have to keep the windows shut to keep the heat out, but that just makes it a bit cramped inside. We have a small area where we keep the kettle for making tea, which is a necessity for us. Most of the people working here are from the local area or they commute from the nearby towns. We don't have any big corporate slogans on the walls or anything like that. We just focus on getting the tasks finished before the end of the shift. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of place. We just show up, do our jobs, and head home to our families and our regular lives.
