India Traders is in Prathmesh Apartment, which is part of the Deshpande Estate area. It’s right off Indapur Road. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a trading business, being in an apartment complex, but it works for us. We use the ground floor space mostly for storage and a small desk area. Indapur Road is always busy with people heading in and out of the city. We spend a lot of time tracking shipments and making sure the inventory is where it’s supposed to be. Sometimes the neighbors complain if a big delivery truck blocks the driveway for too long, so we have to be quick with the loading. It’s a small operation. Just a couple of us handling the phones and the crates. The office isn't much to look at—just some metal shelves and a few sturdy chairs. We keep the door open when the weather is nice to get some fresh air. People often stop by just because they saw our sign while driving past. We don't have a big corporate strategy or anything like that. We just buy things, store them for a bit, and then sell them to whoever needs them. It’s straightforward. We’ve been in Deshpande Estate for a few years now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It’s a decent spot for a small business like ours to keep things running.
