Fruitwala Bagayatdar Private Limited

We are based out of Gunawadi in the Baramati area, right where Suman Gulabrao Pawar lives. Most of the days here involve dealing with the local fruit crops and the people who grow them. It has been a while since we set this up at the house. The weather around here changes quite a bit, so we have to stay on our toes with the Bagayatdar work. Some days are just busy with the trees and making sure everything looks okay before it goes into the crates. We do not have a big office or anything fancy. It is just the space here where we manage the paperwork and the actual fruit handling. It is hard work sometimes, especially when the sun is really hitting the fields, but it is what we know. People around the taluka know us mostly by word of mouth because we have been here so long. We try to keep things simple and practical. There is no fancy equipment doing all the jobs. It is mostly us and the local hands who help out during the busy harvest months. Baramati is a good place for this kind of work because the land is decent if you treat it right. We spend a lot of time just checking on the crates and talking to the drivers. Sometimes things get delayed because of the roads or the rain, but that is just part of living in the village. We just focus on getting the fruit moved from the trees to the market.
