Kotton Comfort

People often have trouble finding us at first because we are tucked away in Flat No. 61 within Sanket Residency here in Bavdhan. It is a quiet residential spot, which is nice for working on our cotton products without too much noise from the main road. We started Kotton Comfort out of this space because it felt right for the scale of what we do. Every day usually starts with checking the inventory we have stored in the back rooms and making sure everything looks okay. It is a small team here, just a few of us really, so we all end up doing a bit of everything from folding to packing. The flat gets quite full when new shipments arrive, and sometimes we have to move furniture around just to make room for the boxes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just sitting at the desks handling the paperwork that comes with running a small business. Bavdhan has changed a lot since we moved in, with more shops opening up nearby, but our building stays pretty calm. We don't have a big fancy storefront or flashing lights. It is just a workspace where we get things done and try to keep things moving. Most people who come by are local or have heard about us through word of mouth. We just try to focus on the day-to-day tasks and keep the cotton items organized so nothing gets lost in the shuffle of a busy week.
