Ananya Properties

We are located at House No-140 in the village area of Jainakwadi, within the Baramati taluka. It’s a rural setting, very different from the big city offices. Ananya Properties is basically run out of this house, which makes it easy for local farmers and residents to find us. We know almost everyone in the post-Jainakwadi area because we’ve lived here our whole lives. Most of our work involves helping people understand land boundaries and selling small plots for houses. It’s a slow-paced environment where we often sit outside under the shade to discuss business. There’s no rush here, and we usually end up talking about the crops or the weather before we even get to the property details. Baramati is a big area, but we focus mainly on our local surroundings where we can actually see the land ourselves. We don't use much technology besides a phone and some basic ledgers. People come to us because they know where we live and they see us every day. Sometimes we have to drive out to the fields to show a piece of land, which is the most interesting part of the job. It’s a very personal way of doing real estate. We don't have a big sign or anything, we just talk to the people we know. It’s simple, direct, and keeps us connected to the community. There's a dog that sleeps by the front door, and you usually have to wake him up to get inside. We keep a big jug of water.
