It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. We spend most of our time out in the fields or at the construction sites around the 225302 area. Our office is more of a storage space for our tools and a place to sit down and figure out the weekly schedule. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just talk to people and show them what we've been working on. Being in a village means we know the local land and the people who live here. It’s honest work, mostly dealing with cement, steel, and laborers. The weather can be a bit of a problem sometimes, especially when it rains and the roads get muddy. We just wait it out and get back to work as soon as we can. We aren't trying to change the world. We are just trying to build things that stay standing for a long time. There's a lot of sitting around on plastic chairs and discussing the height of a wall or where a window should go. It’s a slow and steady process and we don't like to rush things if we can help it because good work takes time.
