We operate out of Salarpur in Barabanki, specifically at number 18 in Salarpur Dewa. It's a local business through and through, run by people who actually live nearby. Rajesh started this because he knew the land around here better than most people in the area. We aren't some high-rise office with glass walls and expensive furniture. It's more of a place where you come in, sit down on a plastic chair, and talk about what's available. Barabanki is a unique place with its own way of doing things. We handle various property matters, mostly buying and selling bits of land or small houses nearby. It’s not always easy work because land records can be a real tangle of old papers sometimes. We spend a lot of time just making sure everything is legitimate and the boundaries are correct. People around here know us by name, which is how we like it. We don’t spend money on big ads or billboards. Most folks just hear about us from a neighbor or a cousin. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find us sorting through files or heading out on a site visit in the dust. The summer heat is something you just get used to after a while.
