You can find Milkful Dairy India Private Limited over at Shalimar Mannat in Barabanki. Our specific spot is BLO A3 401. It’s a bit different because we are located within the Sheres Shalimar area, which is more of a residential and commercial mix. We handle dairy products, so our days start very early, usually before the sun is even up. That is when the milk arrives and we have to get everything processed and cooled down quickly. The space is kept as clean as possible, but it is a busy dairy, so there is always water on the floor and crates being moved around. We are a small team and we all do a bit of everything, from checking the containers to talking to the delivery drivers. Barabanki is where we operate because it’s close to where the milk is produced. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. Most of our work happens on the floor where the products are. Sometimes the fridge units give us trouble and we have to stay late to fix them, but that's just the dairy business. We focus on getting the milk and other products out to people while they are still edible and cold. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we are used to the rhythm of it by now after doing it for so long.
