Amit Engineering Company is found in the Upsid Industrial Area, covering Plot No E-225, 226, 227. Having three plots gives us enough room to breathe, but honestly, it still gets crowded with all the material we have lying around. We’ve been in this industrial patch for a long time. You get used to the rhythm of the place, the way the trucks line up in the mornings and the sound of the afternoon shifts starting. It isn't a glamorous setup by any means. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the floor is stained from years of oil and metalwork. But for us, it works just fine. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We are more concerned with making sure the gear is running smoothly and the staff is safe. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know how each other thinks. It’s a small group of people just trying to get through the work week. Sometimes the weather gets too hot and the fans don't do much, but we keep at it. There’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a project come together after days of grinding and welding. We don’t do a lot of talking about ourselves. People in the area know where we are if they need something engineered or fixed. That’s enough for us to keep going year after year without many complaints.
