You can find us over at Plot No- G-81 in the Industrial Area Agro Park, Phase 11. It’s part of the UPSIDC setup out here on Kursi Road in Barabanki. The full address is a bit of a mouthful, but we’re basically right there in the Lucknow-Barabanki area. Kulchas Snacks And Foods Private Limited is what we call ourselves. Being in an industrial park means there are always sounds of machines and people moving around. It’s a good environment for what we do, which is mostly focused on snacks and various food items. We have a decent amount of space here, but it always seems to fill up fast with ingredients and packaging material. We spend most of our hours making sure the production side of things is running smoothly. It’s not always perfect; sometimes a machine acts up or a delivery is late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. We’re not the type of place with a fancy front office or people in suits. We’re usually in our aprons or work gear, making sure the food is being handled correctly. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial park. It’s hard work, and the days can be long, but we like the feeling of actually making something people can eat.
