Icepiration Cafes Private Limited is basically just us working out of Barabanki, right across from Town Hall. It’s a busy spot in Nawabganj, and if you know the area, you’ve probably walked past Prem Narain Khare’s place where we’re set up. Running a cafe business in a place like this means you see everyone from local workers to people just passing through town. We didn't really have a big plan when we started, just wanted to get things going. Most days are spent making sure the inventory is right and that the chairs are straight before the first people show up. It gets pretty loud outside when there’s an event at the hall, but that’s just how it is here. We’ve been here for a while now, figuring out what works and what doesn’t. Sometimes the supplies don’t show up on time because of the traffic on the main road, but we manage. My cousin helps out with the books, though he’s not always great with the numbers. We just try to keep the lights on and the floor clean. It’s not some fancy corporate office with glass walls, just a regular space where we do our work and try to stay out of the heat. If you’re around the 225001 area, you know the vibe. It’s just us, doing our thing day in and day out, hoping the electricity stays steady enough to keep things running smoothly.
