Bhumiratna Infratech Private Limited is located in the village of Chapra Chool, which is in the Barabanki district. It’s a quiet, rural setting, and our office reflects that. We don’t have a big corporate setup with glass walls. We work right from the village because that’s where our projects are. Usha Devi and the rest of us started this to focus on local land development and infrastructure. Most of our day isn't spent sitting at a desk; we’re usually out in the fields or at a site, checking on the progress of whatever we’re building. Working in a place like Chapra Chool means you know everyone, and everyone knows you, so you have to be honest about what you're doing. We handle a lot of the technical side of things, like land measurements and getting the right approvals, which can be a slow process. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the logistics of getting materials to a village can be a real headache. But we enjoy the pace of life here. We aren't trying to be some massive company that operates all over the country. We just want to do good work right here in Barabanki. If you come looking for us, you’ll find a small team that’s usually busy with some practical task. We don’t use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just build things and manage land, and we try to do it as best as we can every day.
