Being in the bazar means there is always noise and people walking past. It’s a good place for a business like ours because everyone comes here to do their shopping. We have been here for some time now. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a functional space where we keep our files and computers. We spend most of the day answering questions and trying to figure out travel schedules. It’s a lot of detail work. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to ask people to wait a bit. People in Rudauli are usually patient though. We know many of the faces who come in because they live nearby. We don't use any corporate talk or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local travel shop. We handle the paperwork and the bookings so people don't have to worry about it. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, but we don't mind. We keep regular hours and try to stay organized. It’s just a normal job in a busy bazar, and we are glad to be part of the community here. We just try to get the job done and be here for our neighbors.
