Aaditri Nidhi Limited is based at K/479 in the Katra area of Nawabganj, Barabanki. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you’re familiar with the Katra neighborhood. Our office is just a regular room where we keep our books and help the local people with their financial bits and pieces. We aren’t trying to be a huge bank or anything like that. We are just a small Nidhi company that focuses on our local area. Most of the people who come through our door are people we see at the market or around the streets of Barabanki. We deal with the day-to-day work of managing small savings and accounts. It involves a lot of writing and checking things twice to make sure it’s all correct. We don’t use any of those big marketing words you see in the city. We just talk like normal people do. If someone has a question, we answer it simply. The office can be a bit quiet on some days, but we always have something to do with the paperwork. We like being in Nawabganj because it’s where we belong. It’s a good feeling to help a neighbor put some money away for a rainy day. We don’t have any grand plans to expand everywhere; we just want to keep doing a good job right here at K/479.
