Our place is out in the ILTD Colony, specifically Plot No 438, Door No 4-4. This is in Kothapeta, which falls under the Vetapalem Mandal. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a good location for a hatchery. Working with hatcheries means you’re always on call. The birds don’t care if it’s a weekend or a holiday. We spend a lot of time checking on things and making sure the environment is right. It’s a hands-on job, and it’s definitely not for everyone. The office is right there on the property, so we’re never far from the work. We don’t have a lot of time for sitting around or having long meetings. We just talk while we work. The team here is mostly local people who have been doing this for a long time. We aren’t interested in looking corporate or polished. We just want to make sure the work is done properly. Some days are stressful when things aren't going perfectly, but we just put our heads down and get through it. It’s a practical, honest way to make a living. We don't have a marketing department to write nice things about us; we just have our daily routine and the results of our labor. That’s enough for us.
