Sivaji Traders

At Sivaji Traders we spend most of our time at 351, Radham Road. This is in the 13th Ward of Satyannarayana Puram and it is a pretty lived-in neighborhood. Our shop is where we handle the trading of various goods for the local market. It is not a huge place but we make use of every inch of space we have. There are piles of ledgers on the desk and samples of what we sell scattered around. We have regular customers who come in just to chat before they ask about prices or stock. The atmosphere in Satyannarayana Puram is friendly so we know most of the faces that pass by 351 Radham Road. Sometimes the deliveries are late and that causes a bit of stress but we manage to get things sorted. The building itself is older and has its quirks like a door that sticks in the heat. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just open up in the morning and see what the day brings. Most of the work is just keeping track of who needs what and making sure the supplies are coming in right. It is a bit dusty and the fan makes a clicking noise all afternoon. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure our records stay mostly straight. It’s a steady life and we are happy to be part of the local community here. We close up when the sun goes down.
