Zenwood Corporation

Zenwood Corporation is located out in Thumbay, in the Bantwal taluka of South Kanara. It’s a nice enough area, away from the big city noise. We’ve been working with wood here for a long time. The name sounds a bit more formal than we actually are. In reality, it’s just a bunch of us in a warehouse making things and shipping them out. We get our mail at the Thumbay post office. Being in South Kanara, we have a good feel for the local environment. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our customers come to us because they know someone who worked with us before. It’s a quiet way to do business. We spend our days checking the quality of the timber and making sure the machines are running right. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them ourselves. It’s not always easy work, but it’s what we know. We aren't looking to become a massive global company. We just want to stay steady in Bantwal. The air is better out here than in the city, anyway. We like the pace of life in Thumbay. If you visit, you’ll see we don't have any flashy signs. We just have our work and a place to do it. That’s enough for us. We have a big gate that stays open during the day.
