Unique Architects & Associates

Our place is on Dahod Road, at B 1 2. It’s a straightforward location and we’ve been here for a while now. The name says Unique Architects & Associates, but we’re really just a practical bunch of people who know how to draw and plan. Our office is full of the usual things you’d expect—lots of pens, rulers, and stacks of blueprints that need to be filed away. We don’t spend much on fancy furniture because we’d rather have better software or bigger monitors for our work. People usually stop by when they’re thinking about building something new or maybe adding a floor to their house. We sit down, have a look at what they have, and start sketching. It’s a process that takes time and a lot of back and forth. We aren't interested in being a big corporate firm. We like being able to talk directly to our clients without a bunch of middle managers in the way. It makes the work more personal, even if it’s just talking about where the electrical outlets should go. Living and working on Dahod Road keeps us busy, as there’s always something being built or repaired nearby. We just focus on our drawings and making sure the measurements are right so the builders don’t have a hard time later on. It's just a regular day at the office for us, keeping things moving along.
