We operate out of a place called Aasra in Shiv Colony. It is right behind the Hero Honda showroom on Udaipur Road in Banswara. It is a busy road, but our spot is a little quieter once you step inside. We do work involving social welfare and helping out where we can in the local community. It is not a corporate office by any means. There are usually people coming and going all day long. We have old wooden desks and lots of paper files because we still do a lot of things by hand here. Our team is small and we all wear many hats. One day we might be doing paperwork, and the next we are out meeting families. It is a bit chaotic at times, but we are used to it by now. The building is an older one, so it has its quirks, like a door that sticks during the monsoon season. We don't have a big budget for fancy things, so we make do with what we have. People in Banswara know our location well because of the showroom nearby. We just try to be useful to the folks who need us. There is no big strategy, just helping one person at a time and trying to keep the office running. We have been in Banswara for quite some time now and the neighbors are used to us. It is hard work but it is what we do.
