I’m running P C Jain Co out of Mohan Colony, specifically at number 11. It’s a simple spot in a quiet part of the neighborhood. I’ve been here for a long time, and I’ve seen the colony change quite a bit over the years. My office is just a small room at the front of the house. I like it that way because I don't have to commute and I can be available whenever someone needs me. I deal with a lot of local stuff. People come by with questions or orders, and I write them down in my ledger. I don’t use any of those high-tech systems. My old pen and paper work just fine for what I do. It’s not a corporate environment at all. Usually, there’s a dog barking somewhere down the street or the sound of the vegetable seller passing by. I think it keeps things grounded. I don't have any big goals to expand or move to a bigger city. Mohan Colony is where I belong. I do my work, keep my records organized, and try to be fair with everyone. There aren't any fancy signs or advertisements out front. People just know where number 11 is. It’s a modest way to make a living, but it suits me well. I plan on staying right here for as long as I can. It works for everyone.
