Navin Company

Navin Company has been based on Custom Road for a long time now. It’s a street with plenty of other businesses, and our building is one of the older ones in the area. It has high ceilings and old fans that have been spinning for years. We spend our workdays dealing with various tasks as they come up. It isn't a high-pressure office where everyone is stressed out. We wear what’s comfortable and don't worry about being formal. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with, and we still use a lot of physical files instead of doing everything on a computer. We don't see the need for a lot of expensive technology when the old ways still work fine for us. The other business owners on Custom Road are like neighbors, and we often stop to have a quick chat about the news or how the day is going. It feels more relaxed here than in the newer parts of the city. We don't use slogans or make big promises to people. We just continue doing the same work we’ve done for a long time. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when we have a lot of items moving in and out. We don't have an office canteen, so we usually just bring a tiffin from home. It’s a straightforward way of life. We open the doors in the morning and head home once the work is finished.
