Krishna Agro Products

Krishna Agro Products is situated on Tripolia Road in Banswara, right near the Mancha Devi Temple. It’s a great spot because everyone knows where the temple is. We deal in products for farmers, so our place is always smelling like grain and fertilizer. It’s a bit of a dusty environment, but that’s just part of the job when you’re working with the land. Rajasthan is a tough place for farming, so we see a lot of people coming in looking for things to help their crops survive the heat. We have been here for years, and the shop is packed with bags and containers from floor to ceiling. On festival days, the road outside gets so crowded with people going to the temple that we can barely open the shutters. We don’t have a fancy office or any computer systems that track every single movement. We use a big ledger and do most of our math on scraps of paper. It’s a traditional way of doing things, and it works for us. We spend a lot of time talking to the farmers about the rain and the soil. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the people who rely on us get what they need for their fields. It is hard work, especially during the sowing season, but it is rewarding to see the community grow.
