Our place is in the Chetak Complex on Dahod Road, specifically 121-2 in Goldi Height. We do a lot of work with cameras and those smart locks for houses. It’s a lot of wiring and testing things on our workbenches before we go out to a customer’s place. We aren't some high-tech lab. It’s just a regular office where we keep our tools and stock. We started doing this because people were getting worried about their homes and wanted a way to keep an eye on things while they were out. We spend most of our time out on sites, climbing ladders and pulling cables through walls. It can be dusty work. When we’re back at the shop, we’re usually troubleshooting some software or checking a shipment of sensors. We don't have a fancy showroom with everything on display. We mostly just show people how the stuff works on our own phones. Dahod Road is usually busy, so getting to appointments on time can be a challenge with the traffic, but we do our best. We’re just local guys who understand how these systems work. It’s not magic; it’s just technology that needs to be installed right. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the complex change around us. We aren't looking to expand into some giant company. We just like doing the work and making sure things are set up properly.
