One Scoop Cafe Private Limited is located over in Bishnupur, Bankura. We are specifically at Sankat Tala, right by the Rous Beauty Parlour on Mission Danga Road. We operate care of Santanu Jana. It’s a nice little spot in a town known for its history and temples. We started the cafe because there weren't many places to just sit and have something simple. It’s not a big chain restaurant. It’s more of a local hangout. We have a few tables and chairs and we serve what we can. Sometimes the power goes out in Bankura, and we have to use candles or just wait it out with our customers. It makes for a good atmosphere, even if it wasn't planned. We don't have a professional chef in a white hat. We just make food that tastes good and is fresh. The cafe is a bit small, and it can get crowded on the weekends when people are out for a walk. We do our own cleaning and washing up. It’s a lot of work but it’s nice to see people enjoying themselves. We don't have a big menu with fancy names. We just keep it simple. If you're on Mission Danga Road, you’ll see our sign. We are just local people trying to make a nice place for the community. It’s not perfect, but we like it that way. It's a good place to rest.
