We are based out in the Bankura district of West Bengal, specifically in the village of Helna Susunia. Our office is right there in the village, which makes us part of the local community. Being in a place like Bankura means we deal with a lot of rural infrastructure projects. We don't have the fancy glass offices you see in Kolkata. Our space is simple and functional, just like the way we work. We handle road projects, bridges, and other construction needs that come up in this part of the state. The pace of life here is a bit slower, but the work is still demanding. We often have to deal with the monsoon rains, which can turn our sites into mud pits, but that’s just part of being in West Bengal. Our team is made up of locals who understand the terrain and the weather. We don't use much marketing or advertising. Most people know who we are just by seeing our trucks and equipment moving around Helna Susunia. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the job, give a timeline, and do our best to stick to it. It’s hard, physical work and it can be exhausting, but it’s satisfying to see a project finished. We’ve been here for a while and we plan on staying. It’s just us, some heavy machinery, and a lot of hard work every single day.
