Larsen & Toubro Limited. Ecc Division

We are based in a village called Brahmandanga, which is under the Chakshyam Pur post office in the Bankura district of West Bengal. Our address is for the ECC Division of Larsen & Toubro Limited. Bankura is known for being a bit dry and hot, especially in the summer months. The office is a basic setup in the middle of a very traditional area. We don't have many modern distractions around here, which helps us stay on task. Most of the people working here are familiar with the local landscape and the challenges of working in a more remote location. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites in the surrounding countryside. When we are in the office, we are mostly dealing with the supply chain and local labor records. It is a plain workspace with whitewashed walls and a few fans to keep the air moving. You won't find any corporate art or fancy furniture here. We have a routine that involves early starts to beat the heat and making sure everything is locked up properly before the sun goes down. The road to the village can be bumpy, but it’s part of the daily life for us. We just do our bit to keep the division's work going in this part of the state.
