L&T Dealer (Tripti Engineering Services (P) Ltd.

We have been working out of our office in Hazrapara for quite a while now. Most of the people around Bishnupur just know us as the local L&T dealer, even though our full name is Tripti Engineering Services (P) Ltd. We are located right near the post office in the Bankura district. It’s a busy little area, and our day usually starts with checking on the equipment and parts we have in stock. The office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a place with desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of technical manuals. We spend a lot of time talking to local contractors and making sure they get the right engineering tools for their projects. Sometimes the shipments are late or the weather in West Bengal gets too humid to move quickly, but we do our best to stay on top of it. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here for years and people know where to find us.
