Kanishka Multi Speciality Hospital Private Limited is located in Peardoba village, within the Bishnupur area of Bankura. We are situated care of Swapan Kumar Sannigrahi. It’s a quiet part of West Bengal, far away from the noise of the big cities. Our hospital is a multi-speciality one, so we handle a lot of different medical issues. The building is large enough for our needs, but it isn't fancy. We have various wards and rooms for the patients. We spend our days moving between the different departments. Most of our staff are local people from the surrounding villages. We don’t have much in the way of corporate structure. We just work together to make sure everything gets done. Our office records are mostly kept in large registers, which takes up a lot of shelf space. The summers here in Bankura are very hot, so we have fans going in every room. We try to keep things organized, even though it can get a bit chaotic when there are many people waiting. We’ve been a part of this community for quite a while now. Most of our patients are people we see every week at the market or in the village. It’s a very grounded way to work. We just focus on providing the medical help that’s needed. The day usually starts early when the first bus arrives with patients from the outskirts.
