Jeeban Suraksha Hospital

Over at Katjuridanga More, you’ll find Jeeban Suraksha Hospital. We are right there in Bankura, specifically the Kenduadihi area. It’s a busy spot with plenty of people moving around. Being in a place like Kenduadihin means we see everyone from the town and the nearby villages. It's not a quiet place, to be honest. There’s always someone coming in or out. We set this up so people didn’t have to travel too far for help. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of town, but we have generators to keep things moving. The staff lives mostly nearby, so we know the community well. You might see us at the market or waiting for the bus too. We aren't trying to be the biggest hospital in the country. We just want to make sure that if someone is hurting, they have a place to go right here in Bankura. The building has seen some years, and maybe the paint isn't perfect, but the equipment inside works fine. People come in with all sorts of problems. Some stay a few days, others just for an hour. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized. We try our best to keep the wait times down, but some days it just doesn't happen that way. It's a real place with real problems and real people trying to help. We’re just glad to be part of the neighborhood.
