We are located in a village called Ghutgoria, which is in the Bankura district of West Bengal. Our post office is right there too. It's a rural spot, 722168 is the pin code. Being out here means we are close to the actual projects we work on. Ivrcl Infrastructure &Project Ltd. has a presence here to handle the local infrastructure needs. It’s a lot of grit and manual labor. We don't have fancy office chairs or air conditioning that works all the time. Mostly, we are outside in the heat or the rain, seeing how the construction is going. People in the village know us. We hire local help when we can and try to keep things straightforward. There is no corporate ladder here, just a team of people who know how to build things. We deal with the materials, the land, and the local regulations. It’s a slow process sometimes, especially when getting supplies delivered to a village location. But we’ve learned to be patient. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build the stuff that helps the area grow. It’s a simple life and a simple way of doing business. We are just a local office trying to do our part in Bankura. Some days the power goes out, and we just sit outside and talk about the next day's plans until it comes back on.
