Our office is out in Chanduria village. It’s a bit of a drive from the main town, located deep in the Bankura district. We get our mail at the Beliatore post office, which is the main hub for us. It’s a rural area, so things move a bit slower here compared to the big cities like Kolkata. Itd Cim India Limited has been part of this community for a while now. We don't have a high-rise building, just a sturdy, plain place where we can sit and work. The air is much better here, though the internet connection can be a bit spotty when it rains heavily. We have a few local people working with us. It’s a very straightforward operation. We deal with whatever paperwork or issues come across our desks each morning. Sometimes there’s a lot to do, and other times it’s quite peaceful. We like the balance we have here. People in the village know us by name, and we try to be good neighbors to everyone around. No one here wears suits or fancy clothes. We just dress for the weather and get on with the task at hand. It’s practical, real-world work that we do. We aren't interested in being flashy or making big promises. We just want to make sure the business keeps running smoothly for everyone involved. It's just a regular job in a quiet part of West Bengal. We keep things simple and honest.
