Dalmia Stone

We've been out here in Saltora for a good while now, right in the heart of Bankura. Dalmia Stone is just a local place where we handle a lot of rock and stone work every day. It gets pretty dusty around the yard, but that is just how the job goes. Most of us living nearby know the roads around here well. We spend our mornings getting the machinery ready and checking what needs to move out. It’s hard work, mostly physical, and the weather out here can be tough when the sun is high. We don't really do anything fancy. People just come by when they need stuff for building or roads. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the piles of stone get a bit messy after a busy week. Saltora is a quiet village mostly, but we keep things moving. There is always someone around the site if you need to talk about a load. We just focus on getting the stone sorted and loaded onto the trucks. Sometimes the trucks get delayed or the weather slows us down, but we just pick it up the next day. It is a straightforward life here. We know the neighbors and the local drivers. Not much changes in the way we do things, we just stick to what we know. If you are passing through Bankura, you will probably see our sign near the village. We are just a bunch of guys working with stone and making sure the orders go out as they should.
