We are located in Rampur, which is a part of Bankura. Sukumar Chatterjee started this hospitality business a while ago, and we have been operating out of this address for some time now. It’s a pretty standard setup here. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, and people know each other well. When we first started Aviyaan Hotels, we didn’t really have a big plan. We just wanted to run something local that worked for the area. Most days involve handling paperwork and making sure the staff knows what to do for the guests. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a regular place in Rampur where we get the work done. Bankura is a nice place to live, even if it gets a bit hot in the summer. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the local streets over the years. The hospitality business can be quite a lot of work sometimes, especially when things get busy during the festival season. We just try to keep things moving along without making too much of a fuss. If you’re walking down the road in Rampur, you’ll find our place easily enough because everyone around here knows Sukumar and where the office is. We don't spend a lot of time on social media or advertising because word of mouth usually does the job for us. It’s just how things are done in this part of West Bengal.
