Anubhav Developers Private Limited is based out of House Number 22 in Bara Govindpur, near the Gadra post office. It is a quiet residential area, which is nice because it lets us focus on our work without too much noise from the main roads. We are developers, so we spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how to make it useful for people who want to build something. Our office is just a room in the house where we can lay out our plans and talk to anyone who comes by. We aren't some big firm with a shiny office building in the city. We are just local people who know the Bara Govindpur area well. We started this because we saw that things needed to be built, and we knew how to do it. It’s not always a smooth process; sometimes the permits take forever or the weather stops us from working for a few days. We just deal with those things as they come up. We don't have a fancy website or a lot of advertising. Most people find out about us from their neighbors or by seeing our signs at a site.
