Our place is in Bhagalpur, right on Upper Clive Lane Road. If you know the area, we are quite close to the Badi Masjid. It’s a very old part of town with narrow streets and a lot of history. Being developers here means we spend a lot of time walking around and looking at plots of land. The address is BC-029-0197, which can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't from around here. We deal with the Banka area too. The office is often loud because of the market nearby, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We don't have a fancy boardroom. Usually, we just sit on whatever chairs are available and talk through our plans. Developing land is a slow process with a lot of paperwork and waiting. We spend a lot of time at government offices or waiting for builders to show up. It’s not a glamorous life. Most of us have dirt on our shoes by the end of the day. The humidity in Bhagalpur can be tough, especially in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. We aren't doing anything revolutionary. We just look at a space and think about how to put a building on it that won't fall down. It’s practical work for practical people. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while now and know the locals well.
