We are located over in Rajoun VIP Colony here in Banka. The office is at Uday Kumar Singh’s place, he is the son of Parmanand Singh. It is a quiet spot most days, though the road gets a bit busy when people are coming and going from work. We have been here for a while now, just doing our thing. The building is easy to find if you know the colony well enough. Most people just ask around for Uday’s house and they get pointed in the right direction. It is not a big fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. Just some desks, chairs, and a few fans to keep the Bihar heat away during those long summer afternoons. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and keep working on the ledgers. We know the neighbors and they know us. It feels right being in this part of town rather than some cold business district. We started Sanguine India Nidhi Limited because there was a need for something local in Banka. People walk in, sit down, and we talk about whatever they need. There is no rush here. We handle the paperwork manually mostly, keeping things simple. If you are ever near VIP Colony, you might see us sitting out front during a break. It is just a regular office run by regular people who live in the same streets you do every day.
