We are based out of Colgong, working from the Tola area. Saijag Realestate Private Limited is a small operation, mostly run through Dharmvir Kumar’s place. Colgong is a specific kind of place, and we’ve been here long enough to know how things work. We don't have a big shiny office with glass walls. It’s more of a local spot where people can just walk in and have a seat. We spend our time looking at plots and helping people understand the local land laws. It’s not flashy work, but it’s necessary. Some days we are out walking the fields to check on a boundary, and other days we’re stuck behind a desk doing the filing. We try to be honest with everyone who comes through the door. If a piece of land has issues, we say so. We don't like wasting anyone’s time with sales talk. The community here is tight, so your reputation is everything. We just do our bit to help people buy or sell what they have. It’s a lot of manual work, checking records and making sure everything is legitimate. We’ve been part of this town for a while and we plan on staying. It’s a quiet way to make a living, but we enjoy being our own bosses and helping the people we see every day in the market.
