Maa Teldiha Developers Private Limited is located in Teliya Pahar. This is in the Phulidumar block of the Banka district. Specifically, we are in Pathai village. Ranjeet Kumar Singh runs the daily operations from here. It is a rural area, and things move at a different pace than they do in the big cities. We do not have a fancy office with air conditioning or expensive furniture. It is just a practical space where we keep our records and meet with people from the block. Banka has its own challenges when it comes to construction, like getting heavy materials delivered to the more remote spots on time. We have a small group of local guys who do the actual building work. We do not use any corporate talk or big words to explain ourselves. We just look at a plot of land and figure out how to put a building on it. Most of our work comes from people in the surrounding villages who know Ranjeet or have seen our other projects in Pathai village. We are just part of the local landscape. Sometimes we have to wait for the right weather to start a new job, but that is part of the business. We do not have a big mission statement. We just get up, go to the site, and do what needs doing.
