Maa Food Processing Unit

Down here in Vadanirajan Pur, things move a bit slower than in the big cities, and that is how we like it. Maa Food Processing Unit is situated near the Rasulpur-Post area, not too far from the Vakhiya police station. It is a quiet place mostly, except for when the machines are running. We handle various types of food processing right here on our grounds. Most of the people working here live just a short walk away in the village, so it feels like a family operation even if we are all just neighbors. We spent a lot of time setting up the unit so that everything flows right from one side to the other. Being near the police station means everyone knows exactly where to find us if they need to. We don’t really have a big fancy office with glass windows. It is more of a practical workspace with concrete floors and high ceilings to keep the air moving. We wake up early to start the machines before the heat of the day kicks in. There is always a lot of cleaning to do, which takes up a good chunk of our time, but it has to be done. We take our work seriously because people in the village and the nearby towns rely on what we produce. It is just steady work, year after year, keeping the traditions of the area alive while using the tools we have available to us now.
