Alf Farms Pvt Ltd is based out in Village Channo. We are part of the Kahalgoan Tehsil. Our place is very close to the local Prathmik Vidyalaya. You can hear the teachers and students during the day. Since we are in Channo, we are surrounded by fields and open space. It’s a different pace of life than in the big cities. We deal with farming and agricultural work because that is what the land here is for. We don't have a glossy brochure or a marketing team. We just have our land and our equipment. The office is just a small room with a fan and some chairs. Most of our work happens outside anyway. We are often out in the dirt or checking on things in the village. Life here depends a lot on the weather. When it’s good, we are busy from sunrise to sunset. When it’s bad, we huddle inside and wait for the rain to stop. We’ve lived in this village our whole lives, so we know every path and every neighbor. We aren't corporate people. We are just villagers who decided to set up a formal company for our farming work. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in Kahalgoan. Farming isn't a nine-to-five job. We are often up before the sun and working until it gets too dark to see. It’s hard work and your clothes are always dirty.
