Our address is 8 2 269/19/S/G And H, and we are in Flat No 402 on Road No 2. It is a bit of a long address to write out every time, but once you know the building, it is easy to find. Being in a flat means it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office building. We have a kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes people bring in lunch to share. Avani Biotech is just a small team of us working here. The fourth floor gives us a bit of a breeze if we open the windows, which is great in the afternoon. Road No 2 can get busy, but being up higher helps with the noise. We have our equipment spread out across a couple of rooms. It isn't very formal. You might see a pile of papers on a desk or some boxes in the corner that we haven't gotten around to moving yet. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Most of our day is spent at the desks or talking about what needs to get done next. It is a quiet kind of workplace most of the time. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. We just go about our business and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s a comfortable enough spot for what we do every day.
